    Many years ago a friend gave me a potato salad recipe that is made with olive oil that I had tasted at our annual neighborhood Fourth of July picnic. Would be happy to share it if it isn’t a repeat of one on your lovely list??

  2. Most times when I see potato salad at a bbq/picnic, I see people putting a sliced egg on top as decoration. I have, in the past, sliced radishes with the skins on to top a salad and it is so pretty. It also gives the salad a nice crunch and a little bite to the salad.
