Ingredients
  • 1/2 box of elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
  • 1/2 cup chopped purple onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon pieces
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. I will have to try this recipe, I have never had Broccoli salad with macaroni in it. Our
    recipe is totally different.
    This recipe will be good to keep on hand if we have to shelter in place
    because of this virus going around. I am going over everything to make sure I have
    things I need to stay in place for a few weeks up to a month or more. My depression
    recipes might come in handy if I can’t get out. This Dow dropping worries me too.
    I know it goes up and down all the time but I just don’t trust it. Basic simple recipes like this
    one will come in handy.
