Easy-To-Make Mini Pizza Roll-Ups
This is my easy-to-make Mini Pizza Roll-Ups recipe. Mark and I love pizza, our family loves pizza, so I made these at the last minute for a snack, and they ended up being dinner. Yes, some of the ingredients are processed, but it’s not like we eat these every night. Although, my grandkids would love these at least two or three times a week.
If you’re like me, your mind is thinking about other ingredients to add to these. If you have a garden with fresh basil or bell peppers, chop and add them, with or without the pepperoni. The Mozzarella Sticks are the key to the rollups working out so well. Oh, my gosh these are so easy to make and everyone loves them.

How do I store the leftovers?
I would store the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and eat them within 2 days.
Can I freeze the mini pizza rollups?
You could if they are baked, but fresh is best. They will never be as flaky after freezing them.
How do I reheat these?
If you have an air fryer, that would work. They taste better if heated up in the oven or an air fryer compared to a microwave.
Can I use these as an appetizer?
These would make the best appetizer ever! When people smell the pizza roll-ups baking, their mouths will be salivating for two or three of these. Have the dipping sauce available, but they are yummy without any.
Can I use a different cheese besides Mozzarella?
Yes, you can, but Mozzarella is the best cheese because of how creamy it is when it melts.
Can I use a different sauce?
Yes, of course. I may try some with barbecue sauce and shredded cooked chicken and red onions. Alfredo sauce would work as well. The possibilities are endless.
What other toppings can I use?
- Onions
- Bell peppers
- Ham
- Mushrooms
- Canadian bacon and pineapple
What can I serve with these mini pizza rollups?
- Tossed salad
- Ranch dressing
- Marinara sauce
- Breadsticks
- Alfredo sauce
Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes, you can. Place them on the cookie sheet and cover with greased plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake them. You may want to make them the night before if you’re having a party and bake them right before your guests arrive.
