Ingredients
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 JalapeƱos (seeded and diced)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (diced or minced)
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoon basil (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Wash and drain the fresh cranberries and pick out any that are questionable.

  2. Run the cranberries through a food processor until they reach the desired consistency.

  3. Add them to a large mixing bowl.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients in the order as shown. Mix well.

  5. Refrigerate in a covered bowl overnight.

  6. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or over an 8-ounce rectangle of room- temperature cream cheese.
