Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2-3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced or cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to (350°F) = (176°C) degrees.

  2. Grease a 9 by 13-inch casserole pan.

  3. Spread the raw hamburger in the bottom of the greased pan.

  4. Spread the onion, carrots, and potatoes in layers.

  5. Salt and pepper the top of the casserole.

  6. Spread the soup over the casserole. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

  7. Bake at (350°F) = (176°C)  degrees for one hour.
