Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can chili con carne
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 small bag of Frito's (original size)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to (350°F) = (176°C) degrees.

  2. Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion, and drain the grease, if any. Set this aside.

  3. Grease a casserole dish, and place a layer of Frito's at the bottom.

  4. Next, add a layer of ground beef and onion on top of the Frito's.

  5. Spread a layer of chili con carne as the third layer.

  6. The fourth layer is the chili with beans, olives, and grated cheese.

  7. Finish the casserole with a thin layer of Frito's and grated cheese.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
